This 15,000 square foot visitor's center was designed to resemble a logging camp that was originally on the site. The design features a two-story, timber-framed retail space constructed with materials indigenous to the area, an information office, food service and outdoor picnic decks.
It received an AIA -Michigan Honor Award.
